Information we collect
When you submit a form, information may include your name, company, title, contact details, city, service interests, project requirements and optional TISAX timing, site, project-stage or WeChat details.
How we use it
We use the information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss requirements and improve our services. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without further permission.
TISAX renewal planning tool
The tool calculates locally in your browser. Dates, site information and answers are not stored or sent unless you actively submit the enquiry form.
Third-party form service
The consultation form uses Web3Forms to deliver your submission to the designated mailbox. The form access key is a public form identifier and is not a private server credential.
Retention and deletion
We retain enquiry information only as needed to respond and meet legitimate business or compliance obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion.
Information security
Do not submit passwords, private keys, identity documents, trade secrets or other unnecessary highly sensitive information.
